Quality

The project management team ensure excellent communications with customers during the whole design and manufacturing process. Our highly experienced product engineers guarantee customer’s technical requirements and schedule are adhered to, with accompanying progress reports for each project. The team is organised under a single management structure to enhance coordination and efficiency.

Progress of projects is displayed on easily accessible tables and graphs to ensure that design, production, quality control and delivery is monitored every step of the way with customer satisfaction at the forefront from concept to delivery.

RFQ

1. On receiving any RFQ, we will study all requests carefully and inform customer within 24 hours if there are any questions.
2. Quotation will be available within 2-3 working days with sufficient RFQ informations.
3. We will also communicate & cooperate with customer, providing suggestions to improve the final project.

POConfirm

Once customers confirm PO, we will double check the PO details then issue a proforma invoice to customers accordingly.

Design & Tooling

1. Design the products according to the customer’s special request within 3-5 working days and send to the customer for confirmation.
2. Tooling for customer according the confirmed design
3. Send the photos or samples for customer confirmation after finished tooling

Material Purchase

Purchase the material and related components after confirmation of the special design from customer

Status Report

1. Status reports are available after receiving design confirmation.
2. Report the detailed project plan and cycle time.
3. Updated project weekly progress report will be sent to the customer every Monday to inform them of the products production status.

Quality Control

Project manager will monitor the quality of every production step during the whole process, there is a detailed quality record for each step.

Material Testing

1. All materials will be tested by our IQC.

2. Some important material will be 100% tested such as Mosfet, Transistor etc.

Production

During producing, check the technics and the components to ensure the quality.

Products Testing

During producing, testing the products including function test, operation test and structure check.

Products Inspection

1. Arrange products simulating operation for 24 hours to affirm the goods operation.
2. Take apart products, check and clean components; reassemble the products, check the operation and test the function.

Products Approval

Inform customer about inspection result, wait for final approval then prepare packing and delivery.

Packing

Pack with a whole sets of manual, parts and warranty card etc.

Delivery

Professional shipping department will delivery the goods to customer timely and accurately.

After Service

1. Related spare parts will be provided together with goods for necessary replacement.
2. User manual is available for product operation, to ensure product working under normal circumstance.
3. Specific solution will be offered for any quality problem, relevant spare parts will be sent to the customer for replacement.
